VFS Center India not responding for Passport Submission 2-Way Courier Service

I got the payment link at 4.50 pm and they are asking to make payment before 4 pm for Jan 11 pickup. I did it after 4 pm, so when can I expect the pickup? I haven't received the AWB number.

Was you payment successful? If yes you have to send your order (payment)receipt back to them on the same email as reply. Attach the screenshot of the payment receipt. This receipt comes as a separate email.

Don’t send daily reminders It will not help it’s gonna take minimum 6-7 days for payment link. If you send daily email it can restart your 7 day counter.

Do we know due to all this delays this days will they accept the request after 30 days as well?

I have sent proforma in .txt file and my PPR as pdf.
They again requested for some more information i replied on the same day as . txt file.
I haven't received any response yet.
Applied on 31st Dec 2020.
Is there something i am missing?

Yes I sent them the payment confirmation. Still waiting for AWB. Any idea about pickup delays due to that?

Passport Collected - 29th December
Passport received and under process by IRCC - 31st December

No update after 31st. Anyone in the same boat?

Yes you can submit it till 90 days this is the new covid guideline but it will not take more than 10 days for payment link I can assure you this unless until there are no other errors in your request.

I have heard it takes a maximum of 14 days to get your passport stamped and back

Hi, Just received my payment link at 16.34, PM IST however it mention to make payment before 4pm I have done the payment at 5 pm . Also, location at which biometrics was enrolled was left blank by them even though i furnished them while submitting my details. I have highlighted the same. Will that be a problem ?

Why I am asking this is, I have now given Chennai pincode( work location) for pick up as my hometown address is not serviceable,which is 12 hours from Chennai.If I receive payment link and next day pick up, I need to immediately travel. Any possibility to suggest pick up date. in .TXT file I have given 30 Dec, which is already past. Any suggestion in such case will be appreciated.

I got the same I think this is for not applicable people as I’m an exempt case.

I don’t think it is possible bcz for everyone it is the next day of payment and only two pickup attempts will be given that day per client so it’s better you move accordingly beforehand. Why to ask them for other day and delay your chances of pickup?? Prepare yourself before only I would suggest.

So was yours blank as well?
Actually i am not an exemption since i did my submited my biometrics this year after VFS reopened.

I am a spousal category PR applicant.
I have highlighted the issue to the trail mail.
I will attach the receipt for biometrics safer side.
Any idea if that will be an issue?

I got the same I think this is for not applicable people as I’m an exempt case.
