VFS Center India not responding for Passport Submission 2-Way Courier Service

They now introduced webform to request a 2-way courier service for the passport submission. You can also check the courier serviceability by entering your Pincode.

Doesn't change anything other than the email delays. Courier times remain the same.

They mention 24 hrs, but usually it enables in 5-6 hrs

you got the AWB number for the shipment back in sms?when you got it post the decision envelope being couriered from VAC. update?

No AWB # in SMS, you can track the envelop on Bluedart using tracking Id as well. On Bluedart tracking page select Ref No and put tracking id and it will the status.

I have got passport request yesterday but I have some queries, one is its only in my name and what about dependents ( my spouse and wife) , how to do passport submission for them. Secondly, do I need to have 4 separate packages. How blue dart will collect it from my end as we have 4 AWB for 4 persons. Do VFS allocate 4 times blue dart to collect passport ?? I am confused.

Passport Request email (also called passport transmission letter) will be only in the name of primary applicant and has to be used for all the dependents.

there has to be 4 separate packages for 4 passports. Each package should have passport request letter, 2-way courier email (if received), pics (if PR applicant), passport, VFS consent form, VFS courier / sms form.

Bluedart will have 4 AWBs with them.

I will not recommend that.

keep 4 separate envelopes for 4 passports (no need to put all the 4 envelopes further in one package). mention AWB, with name it belongs to, on each package.

yes. you can request the passport submission on https://vfs-cic.mioot.com/forms/PS/

there has to be 4 separate requests for 4 passports.

you have to write the below on each envelope / package.

mention 'No' for child for whom biometric wasn't provided.

Children aged 14 years and less are not required to give biometrics.

Problem 1:
Hi, I received passport submission letter. I also raised the new passport submission form online. Pin code was serviceable (even now it does not give me an error online).

But when VFS started the email back, VFS replied " Addressing your below query, we would like to inform you that address provided by you is not serviceable hence we request you to provide an alternate address for courier pickup or confirm if you could submit your passport along with other required documents at the Blue dart office or not. "

And the next reply asks me to submit the passport at "Bluedart HAL 1: 47-10-32, GROUND FLOOR, GUTTIKONDA MANSION, DWARAKANAGAR VIZAG, 530016 ". I am from Kerala and does not seem practical to travel all the way to VIZAG for the package drop.

Blue dart local office has confirmed that my pincode is serviceable indeed. Any one facing such trouble yet from VFS?

Question 2) I had done the biometrics previously (couple years back) and was not required to submit again for this application. Should I chose Yes or No for this question --> "Did you enrol Biometrics for this application? "
