VFS Center India not responding for Passport Submission 2-Way Courier Service

May I know from which the passport was picked up? Since I am having trouble getting VFS to pick it up from Bangalore.

I know it's late, but I am replying here. Sorry for the delay.
Bluedart will pickup your courier and deliver directly to Delhi VFS office and processed from there. Nothing to do with local VFS offices.

I wrote to VFS for 2waycourier service on 08 Dec and then followed up via same email thread on Dec 11 / 17 /18 -- till date, no payment link, even called them and their response is " We received your email as we have a lot of application to process so we do not have any ETA " - super frustrating

Send a new mail asking with subjects like : "2 applications - 2 passports to pickup" if you have more than one.

Also send all the information in first mail and ask for payment link directly. .. It helped me.

Is there anyone facing the same situation?
It’s very urgent.

I submitted my passport on 10th of December with blue dart and received confirmation from IRCC Delhi on 14 December. no communication after 14 dec. think, after reading this forum, that IRCC is taking on an average 10-15 days.

Hi did you get the mail from IRCC before submission? I have received tge approval in gckey account but didt receive any mail from IRCC for passport submission. However in the ppr request in gckey account it says to submit within 30 days. Can I go ahead and send the passport?

you can mail vfs @ "passportsubmission@vfshelpline.com "and ask in detail from them. it is specially mentioned that Passport Request letter is to be sent along with passport and other documents.

Same situation, passport is with IRCC since Dec10, no update as of yet.

Appreciate your response. My brother inquired local bluedart office - They said they will courier to VFS Delhi but they will not take the responsibility for the return. Blue Dart said someone should courier it from Delhi office.

So we do not know with whom to confirm the return courier.

If you have paid the full fees which is around 1700 Rs and VFS has given you the initial AWB number which will be used to send the passport initially. The return AWB is a new one generated by VFS and provided to you so you will get the passport back if you have paid the full amount.

Need urgent help...my parents got Passport submission request for Supervisa today...

1. can they submit passport in person in VFS Delhi
2. or will we have to send by 2 way courier only ?
3. i sent an email on "passportsubmission@vfshelpline.com " and got an auto response to fill a form.....what are the next steps in this..

same thing happening with my spouse and baby as well no reply
they are sending AWB no but no not in system
