I have submitted my study permit visa application online on November 7, 2013. The final decision has not been released yet knowing that the average processing time of my country is 7 weeks. I emailed them about my application, I've been told that my application is assessed and it is pending receipt of security check results.
Anybody knows how long does the security check phase take?
