VERY URGENT. PLEASE HELP. how to show pof while travelling from india

I am travelling in 10 days. I was expecting to carry bank statement as the proof of funds. But now I understand that only travellers cheque or demand draft will be accepted as proof of funds for people travelling from India. But I learnt that it would take about 45 days for the DDS and TCS to get credited into the account. I want to use a part of my POF amount after landing for some urgent requirements in India. In such case how can I return some money back to India within a weeks time? It is very urgent. Please suggest.

You can carry part in cash which you can use for while you are then and then return to India with the DD and cancel it. I assume it will take a few days for the money to be credited back to you in India.

I am not going back to India. But I want to return the money to someone in India within a weeks time. how is that possible
