Dear friends,
I need an advice, on my landing procedure.
I will be travelling to Vancouver for my landing procedure with my spouse and my kid.
I am confused about the proof of funds. Please let me know, this fund i can show them in my resident countries bank account which will be equivalent for the required amount
( $17,011 ). or i have to carry Demand Draft or travelers cheque. Which will be the ideal way to show the proof of fund to the officer. Is there any other option, please guide me on this. I will be travelling on 5-June - 2013.
Thanks in advance
Renjith Xavier
Resident Countries bank statement may not be acceptable
Partially Cash and Demand Draft will be safe for funds....

Acceptable !
If you declare an amount more than that required, is it true the benefit of children will effected ?
How one can declare things like cars, house, and if you have bank loan ?
Thanks
Draft, cash. But advice to have a bit of cash o as the draft might not clear for weeks and you won't want to run out of cash.

No effect

If from US, you export your car. Otherwise, you don't declare your car. For house, you declare it in your annual tax return
Thanks
