Very different Question regarding citizenship and travel

I was protected person and given p.r last year. I am divorced mum from another counry with one child who is also protected person and p.r holder .my question is i do not have child custody orders from my home country so will citizenship office still grant citizenship to my child as single parent? And next question is if we both get canadian passport then how will we travel outside of cananda without any child custody order
