I was protected person and given p.r last year. I am divorced mum from another counry with one child who is also protected person and p.r holder .my question is i do not have child custody orders from my home country so will citizenship office still grant citizenship to my child as single parent? And next question is if we both get canadian passport then how will we travel outside of cananda without any child custody order. Answer would be highly appreciated

Did your divorce order state anything about custody? How did you travel with your children originally?

Court order from my country has made me gaurdian but how can i use that order with canadian passport. Because the order is only applicable under homecountry jurisdiction.

If it states that you are the guardian of the children you should be able to use the documentation with your Canadian PR card. If you have contact with your ex you may want to draw up Canadian documentation giving you permission to travel with your children.
