+6 PVO Etobicoke, SVO Vancouver. I just received a new CBSA notes (generated from Feb 16). According to the notes, my eligibility is still not started... They do nothing from Feb 3 to Feb 16, and eligibility stucks at not started... sigh )

Bruh, we’re still in the same boat. Requested mine 1st of this month. Hopefully I will receive it before end of month so I can also update on this group. Not also planning to call IRCC anytime soon unless I see movements or GU on my account.

I think you are in the wrong thread. This a CEC applicants thread - I'm just saying that because I believe these are completely different processes with different processing times, and you might not get the correct status on what's going on from the guys here.
