For those who had your test in Surrey...how long were you there in total? Saw someone mention to plan on 3 hours for their location to include all of the waiting times, test, interview.

Yes I would say 2-3 hours

An August 1st just got test invite today for surrey.
Also know someone who took test Jan 30th that received oath letter Friday, also surrey

I think Surrey office is probably the most busiest since they are serving Surrey (which is already one of the mostly populated cities in Canada) and then cities around Surrey. I submitted my application in October 2019, havent heard about test date yet.
