How long is the validity of police clearence certificate? Is it 3 or 6 month?
I have applied for CEC on August 2014 and I am waiting for AOR. I received my PCC certificate on September.I am wondering if I get my AOR on November or DeceMber, do I have to apply again new PCC?

Well as per cec guidelines they mentioned "The certificate must have been issued no more than three (3) months prior to submitting your application"
Generally they are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
If they need they will ask about PCC nothing to worry about when filing the cec application.

No, submit it when you get your AOR, it will be fine.
