I am on my third year of University in Ontario, I have a valid study permit that I renewed inside Canada. I was unfortunately unaware that I needed to renew my TRV to travel outside. I traveled with an expired visa and a valid study permit, now I need to get back to Canada. I submitted the online application for TRV (Outside Canada) on July 5th. I have a flight scheduled for August 2nd. The estimate application processing time for my country is 13 days (Does not include transit time between the VAC and IRCC)
Anybody has experienced anything similar? Should I be concerned for approval? I traveled back home on July 2nd, and the VISA expired July 3rd, but by the 5th I had already submitted the application for renewal. I want to enjoy my vacation and family but I'm also worried about coming back in.
