Using WES USA report for immigration purpose WES Canada

Hello all,
I evaluated my credential by WES USA in 2011. Now, I am worried about using WES evaluation for immigration purpose in Canada. I am in Canada and doing phd. I am interested to apply for FSWP. Is it possible to use my previous WES USA reference number to reissue a duplicate report for immigration?
I tried to open an account in WES CANADA with different email but my name and date of birth is same and it said that "you already have a account in USA WES" which means I can not open new account.

Then I tried to call WES Toronto office but that phone line is always busy. Nobody respond ! I sent a letter by fax. I am not sure if they really care about fax or not. Now I stuck for WES evaluation and I can not go forward for FSWP without it !

My question is: If I order a duplicate report from WES USA and send it to WES CANADA for credential evaluation do you guys think they will accept it? I am Asian so evaluation will take a long time whereas I already evaluated by USA WES. So I want to send my USA WES report to CANADA WES office.

Anybody faced this problem? Please suggest. Or what should I do now?

I have same problem, I did course by course evaluation on 2011 through US WES, I need a report from Canada WES, I am stuck there too

Change your details like use ur last name as first name,then change your date of birth slightly so that it will seem like a typographical mistake and submit your details.at the end,these details wont appear in WES evaluation for FSW/express entry .its only for WES internal use
