im a representative for my spouse
it says on the checklist that we both need to fill out a form? Or only my spouse
also, on the spouse partner/questionnaire do i list myself as an interpreter because I aided my spouse?
The applicant will complete the form and name u as representative. Again, it may state for both spouses to complete the form for other cases of immigration using the same form, or when an outside lawyer is being named representative.
As for the interpreter, don't sign that. It specifically says not to sign it. When spouses are helping each other that is expected. The interpreter form is probably used more for uncommon circumstances when neither spouse knows any English or French and need it all to be officially translated,
Thank you for your always insightful reply tink.
Could you please answer my question on the mismatch in dob and middle name thread.
