I am visibly trans and on my RTD my sex (F) does not match my gender: I flew into NYC from Pearson walked out of La Guardia like anyone else- immigration/customs at Pearson was easy/lasted 2 mins w standard questions.
Same thing on the way back, immigration/customs at LGA was 2 mins, easy flew back to Pearson. At Pearson as usual sent to secondary screening which was also 2 mins they just asked if I went anywhere else, I said no and they said welcome back.

good to know! thats how it goes for me too but last secondary screening they opened up my carry-on bag and the lady was super nice so it just seemed like standard processing and nothing out of the ordinary.
