Hi guys,
I have a query specific to present / past US Visa holders I had been given 221g sheets (infamous pink slips) during my US Visa interviews for F1 Visa and my application was sent for further administrative processing. In both cases my visa was approved eventually in a month or so after the administrative processing was cleared. However the wording on the 221g sheet goes as follows
"Your application has been refused under section 221(g) of the INA. No Visa can be issued unless the application is complete. ....
....
...
Your application requires additional administrative process before a final decision has been made".
Should I treat these as Visa denial and mention it in the statutory section of eAPR? I have a hard time considering this "denial" since I was eventually granted the visas without applying a second time. Any thoughts or past experiences?
Thanks!
