Do you want me to break the 4 months down for you? March 29 -- April 29 (1st), May (2nd), June (3rd), July 29 (4th). You're fine. Just wait and try to be patient. Nobody here can tell you what's next for sure. Just be patient. It could happen anytime. You being so impatient will only cause you to stress out.

No clue Jeff. Specially with the back logs, the second new application kits, and the confusion of it all. It seems like there isn't many people who were in your same position who can attest to that time line. Im outland US. but my medicals were approved right after AOR1. I haven't received AOR2, and they're doing my eligibility before doing my background check.
My husband is going to officially move and do the landing process in a few weeks. He has his accompanying goods form ready but we were had a few questions.
He'll be arriving by plane and will have to fill out the customs declaration form that the flight attendants give you to hand to the border agent. Since he is going to now be a resident, would he check off that portion instead of the visitor portion? I know seems like a really silly question but I just want to make sure. Also, since he's bringing all his stuff - should we just indicate $0 as the amount he is declaring and clarify with the agent that we have the accompanying goods form?

Did you try checking the status through their online tool rather than GCKey? I found out through the online tool that my application is now being processed in Ottawa yesterday, but when I log in through GCKey I do not show this same level of information. Everything in GCKey appears to be the same as it was last week.
I think Ive said this in the other threads, but I am optimistic youll get a PPR within 2-3 weeks assuming everything is in order. But in the off chance it doesnt happen that way, be patient. I think there is just a backlog happening because even PR cards are getting delayed (it's now 57 days from the usual 42). I remember you stressing out at each point of the process, but like I told you even before, I think youll be fine (and so far ive been right) the worst case scenario is youll fall in the 6 months processing category (that's the worst). But I am betting your wife will land sometime in July

Can't blame him, though. I bet he is too excited causing him to stress out in every little detail. He gotta chill. No matter how you tell him to be patient, he just won't be. Anyway, Jeff, I'd say it still: Be d*mn patient! Everything will fall into its rightful place soon enough. Posting a thread with the same concerns every now and then about the process won't make your case any faster. Quit the forum for a while. This will only make you more stressed. Good luck.
