I have applied to two colleges, one college has sent me admission offer but I am waiting for other, suppose I accept the offer of first college and mean while get offer from other college and go in favor of second college and do not pursue the first college, would this be considered unethical or this is usual practice. This is because visa office takes very long time and I need to be ready with one of the college's confirmed offer.

People do it,but if they paid deposits, their money would be gone. In some colleges, inorder to confirm the offer of acceptance, you would need to pay a non-refundable deposit. so if you pay the deposit at this current school that offered you admission and later change mind,ur money is gone. As for cic, you cant have two study permit application same time and only one school you can. so its either you proceed with the first school that gave you admission or you wait to hear from the schl of your choice.
