I wish to change my college and study the same course in other province, would this be possible after completing first semester, or first year?
Second question, My course commences on may and I wish to take the same course in another college in other province which starts in faill, how can I do this I am aware of withdrawl admission from the current college, but how would that affect my student visa since I would only be able to apply for offer letter in faill for admission in another college.
