URGENT.. Replacement documents needed.

Hey all,

I have received an update in my account asking for an extra document for my wife who is the accompanying applicant.

• Education Transcripts: Original ECA report from WES containing a duplicate copy for IRCC office.

I have already uploaded the document which I received from WES when I was uploading after ITA. Does this mean I have to order a new report from WES (Order Duplicate IRCC)? And also order a paper copy for myself and upload it when I get the document?

Any ideas?

they sometimes request documents that have already been uploaded. didn't you already receive the ECA report? the physical copy one?

She got a mail from WES today asking her to order a copy for IRCC. When uploading documents post-ITA I have uploaded what WES had sent us but I think it was not an official copy since they are asking for an official one now. I just did not understand why I also have to order a paper copy and upload it to my account since they will be getting a copy when I order.
