I've received a passport request letter for my study permit application. However, the VAC in my country (Malaysia) has been temporarily closed until further notice. I tried to contact the VAC in every possible way to check if they accept passports sent by mail, but I didn't get any response.
In this case, how and where should I send my passport? Please advise, thank you!
