urgent question about 2 or more degrees, in the express entry profile

Hi guys, i have a question about choosing the two or more certificates/ degrees option in the express entry profile. I have a two year Bachelors degree from Pakistan in 2009 and graduated with a 3 year Bachelors Degree from Canada in 2014. I have one year of skilled work experience, will be two years in April 2017 and i am on a post graduate work permit. I don't want to choose the wrong option, to my understanding i should choose two or more certificates/diploma/ degree , right? Thanks in advance !

Yes, but get the noncanadian qualification ECA'd

yes, I've sent that to WES, but i can't wait any longer to fill my profile ontario pnp opening soon. Should i just choose two or more degrees for now?
