i have applied for study visa I have done medical in August 2022 and it was successful updated at that time ( my file was refused) in April 2023 i applied again and received form IMM 1017 E ( remedial request) but medical is valid and when I visited my panel physician they told me ircc has a rule that medical can only be done after 1 year. Please tell me the solution
