they have reason to believe ur dates are not accurate if u do not provide proper explanation and exact dates they may think ur misrepresenting ur case ...so best is to give the exact dates and an explanation.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
This letter refers to the email dated 6th August 2013 which I received from Immigration Section, Canadian High Commission, Islamabad in which I was asked to provide details about my travel history since 2009. I express heartfelt gratitude to you for providing me this opportunity so that I could provide information about my Travel History.

I have traveled outside Pakistan only ONCE in my lifetime and that is to Saudi Arabia in May 2012 to perform Omra with Omra Visa. I traveled alongside my mother as she can’t perform Omra alone so I accompanied her. My Mother Passport scan and Visa scan is also attached in this reply to support this. It is pointed out in my application that my father has been working in Saudi Arabia for more than 10 years now but I have never visited him.
I can assure you that the only purpose of this visit was Omra. During this visit we lived in Mecca and Medina whereas my father visited us for 3 days i.e. 6th may till 8th may in Mecca. I have mentioned this travel in Travel History as well. My Traveling document to support this is my old Passport with Passport # UT1158671 which is also attached with my visa application. My Omra Visa was valid from 30th April 2012 to 29th May 2012 (30 days).
I traveled to Saudi Arabia on 5th May 2012 and landed on Jeddah Airport. On the same day I traveled from Jeddah Airport to Mecca via Taxi.
On 9th May 2012 I traveled from Mecca to Medina by coach and lived there till 20th May 2012.
On 20th May 2012 I traveled from Medina to Mecca via Coach.
On 24th May 2012 I traveled from Mecca to Jeddah Airport via taxi for my flight to Islamabad. My flight was on 24th May 2012 and on same day I landed back in Islamabad.
My Exit/Entry stamps by authorities on the passport are easily visible along with dates. I remember these dates of traveling within Saudi Arabia as we had a 5-11-4 trip meaning (5 days in Mecca then 11 days in Medina then 4 Days in Mecca).
I have not visited another country apart from this in my life.

too many unnecessary details still not clear on which dates u left ur home country and the date u entered back.
make a table like in the one in ur application form
country-----Status-------from date------to date. make it as clear and simple as possible.....

if u want to give details its fine but add a table with the precise info like in the form so if the VO wants to read the whole thing he can and if he is just interested in dates then they standout easily.....

Well, I got the visa,however, I still have to work out lots of problems! I believe that there are great things after hard times as long as you do not lose hope and dedication!
