I want to sponsor my future wife and she lost her original birth certificate(INDIA) . She has only 1 copy of her birth certificate and her father name is not correct on her birth certificate which is completely different.Does it will create any problem. what can I do ................

Yes, it may create a problem as the father name should match.
Solution:
1) Go to municipal corporation office and ask for amendments by giving affidavit
Or
2) Do not submit this in-correct birth certificate
2.1) Give a request to MC to trace the birth record of her with the correct father name (forms are available with very less fee)
2.2) They will give a letter stating no record found with the names mentioned - keep this letter
2.3) Go to Notary and on Rs 100 stamp paper- get an affidavit from her parents stating she is their daughter , born in front of them on so and so date. Since there is no record found of her birth in MC office(attached letter from MC), they sworn in to provide the accurate birth details of their daughter. Get their parents sign on them and one witness.
2.4) Submit the letter from MC and this affidavit.
