Urgent - Please help WES evaluation - Got stuck in account creation

Hi,
When I was creating the WES account in WES web site, after entering all my details and submitted, it got stuck saying "Processing".
Mean while I got a welcome email from WES while the site was still stuck.

So I followed the link on the email and logged into my WES account. When I logged in , I have two options there,

1 - Start Canada Application
2 - Start IRCC Application

Not sure which option I should select.

I still do not have the WES reference number to request my transcripts from the university.

Please advice and help.

I have my bachelor's and master's degree to be evaluated.

In the credential section of the WES account, they say "Please include your secondary and Higher Education study for analysis"

Do I need to include my Secondary education as well as I would be granted points only for my master's and bachelor's ?

What did you guys do ?

No, you don't need your secondary education if you are from India, it might be different for other countries.
