Stuck in Wes

Hey guys I don't know what's going on with the WES. This is the second time I have send my transcripts to WES and they have reject it stating the same reason marks not accepted as they are not attested by the registrar or controller of the university. The first time I sent it was attested by the joint resgistrar this time it was got attested by registrar as I have verified from the other transcripts that I have received. I don't know what is the issue. Please suggest guys if any solution to this or suggest if there is any other site for credentials evaluation.

Strange, Which University is it? Did you open the envelope?

It's Shridhar University and I didn't open the envelope.

i was stuck too unless it got me done and took some while

Was the college/university seal present on the both the backflips of the envelope? If no, that could be the reason.

I verified by myself. It was sealed and I have marked the stamps on each and every corner

Wow, this is the first time I am hearing this. Can you just call them or enquire through their 'Contact Us' option?

Can anyone suggest me after done my 3 years work permit I'll be eligible to get PR. So for that I have to apply from Express entry or there will be other way
