I have a new Passport with visa stamp which is listed in EE and in my ITA.
I have old passport which will expire in June but most of my travel history stamp is in that one and also my IELTS test taken with this passport.
In ITA Application/profile details, ID documents - summary should I add details of my old passport?

There is no need to submit the old passport as the instructions only ask for a current/valid passport. You can just explain the IELTS thing in your LOE. Its not a big deal.
Also I have been refused before I don't have the documents. So when asked if I have applied before I am saying yes but UCI number keeping blank.
And what should I put my date for
“any other job, this is the date they first obtained the minimum education or training stated in the NOC description. (Note: if the NOC only states high school, this is the date they graduated.)”
My NOC is 2147 should I put the day I received my Bachelor Certificate or the date of my Degree completed? They are both different dates.Or the date of my Masters completed.
I did start working after my M.Sc.
