Old cancelled passport and Reissued Passport

Hello members, I got my passport reissued in order to add my spouse name to it. This was done after receiving ITA. While creating the EE profile i had entered the details of my older passport. Also, in my Ielts TRF, the old passport number is mentioned. So post ITA, while completing the profile, should i remove the older passport details and enter the new one, or should I mention both and provide an LoE? Please advice

while uploading documents? should i mention about ielts too?
