Hi,
Recently My friend has applied for PR and for payment he has given Credit card details. Recently bank found some unidentified transaction occurred on his credit card and they have contacted him for verification. Initially he said that it was done by him even though it was not by him. recently again it is happened and bank suspected the transaction and blocked the card. He has approached the bank to unblock his card. but they are not doing that and they have given new credit card. Now if CIC charge the card , the transaction will be failed.
Is there any way to contact CIC and explaining the same and providing bank draft or new credit card details. He has Unique client identification number. he is really worried about this.

may be next time for additional caution - we should submit cover letter stating that if CC is blocked then request to check for any information on the same in a mail or email from us. Mostly our UCI is our ClientID and we can add the same. just a thought
Is anyone from this forum who gone through this process and succeeded? Please let people know because I think there are few more people having similar issue in this forum.
