Hello. We are protected person and Pr is under process. My wifes and my work permits expired 10 days ago. We accidentally forgot to renew. And yesterday we applied work permit again online. And today i called IRCC And they said that we are not able to work until new work permit is done. They also said we can not do anything for speed up. Is there any advice guys? If somebody answer who has experience about this I appreciate your help.
nobody knows about expired work permit renewal?
Since you let your WP expire, it sounds like you must now wait until you receive the new WP before you can legally work again. Working without authorization would NOT be wise. While some, but not all, work permits can be extended, this would not pertain to you, because you let them expire.
You can try calling the law firm that provides these free forums. You'll find their phone number(s) at the top of the main page.

I will advise you to keep working except your employer didn't want you to work till you get your new work permit. Your not illegal it will only take about 3 months before you could get a new one. Not everyone that you talk to when you call will give you a good advise at the customer center.
how do you apply? My visa will expire in 3 months and still, there is no news from my pr application ?
Just don’t tell your employer if they asked for it print a paper that saying your work permit is under process they might be okay with it. Work permit takes long to be processed mine took 5 months to be finalized

Before your work permit expires, you should renew it online or in paper if you wanna keep working legally.

Do I have to pay $155 to renew my work visa?

Why are you advising that they continue to work
without having a valid work permit?
Since they `forgot' to apply to extend,
but have since applied, it will likely be rejected because they did NOT have a valid WP when applying for the new one.
Maintained Status (as a worker) would not apply, but
would have applied if they had each not let their WP expire before submitting the new applications.
