This may be a long shot, but has anyone had to request an urgent passport in Calgary lately? If I am reading the website right, only Harry Hays does urgent processing, but someone had mentioned that the office down south can expedite passports. I need urgent processing, though, not expedited. If anyone has gone through this process, would you mind sharing your experience with me, please?

Yes, they require proof of travel. A plane ticket works.
