Today when I was about to make the final payment, I logged into my account and realised that the Continue/Withdraw my application buttons are all gone missing. Now it's all blank. I cannot continue my application or make any payments! Has anyone been in a similar situation before?

I guess you tried a different browser? It disappeared for me as well and nothing was helping (tried 2 computers and 3 or 4 different browsers) but it just reappeared a few hours later. It seems that for most people it sorts itself out within a few hours to a few days. It looks like it's been a few days for you already. I think there's a way to report a technical issue but I've never tried it and I'm not sure how much it will help, sorry
