"URGENT" If embassy ask to defer your course/semester due to late

Hey Guyz,
1.If embassy ask to defer your course/semester due to late submission of file then I have to Apply again or only submit the extension/deferral letter in CHC ?
2. Through which source CHC made most of students medical calls.... courier,mail,phone call ..........?

If they ask for deffer letter,then you just have to provide them the deferral letter.
They send medical calls via visa drop service which you're using.

1. For your first question, I must say its a very important question (atleast for me).

I am interested to know exact procedure in case of deferral. Am I supposed to submit each and every documents over again ? Like new medical, visa fees etc or Am I supposed to submit simply a defferal letter ?

2. For your question 2, they prefer communication via VFS only !

No..all you need to do is just submit your deferral letter.no need to submit all documents again.
