Unfortunately, your wife can not sponsor you because she is not a PR yet. By overstaying before, you have shown immigration not to trust you. Now you say you want to visit. They think you will overstay again.

luckily my friend and his family will take care of my wife.

my wife has valid work permit till feb 2015

we already received aor under CEC and she want to come back to india in august.

for how long she can come to meet me in india.

if medicals came when she is in india, can she do medicals here or she have to go back.

where will my medical come in india or in canada (she added me as a dependent on our pr application).

Do we receive them at same time +/- some days ?

With CEC, there is no duty to stay in Canada so she can come and stay with you for as long as she wants. You and her can do the medicals whereever you can find a DMP so doing them in India will be fine. I do not know if you will get your medical request at the same time. You will have to wait and find out.
