My sponsor has got an interview call but embassy didn't give me any interview call. what does it mean? They are satisfied or whatelse? when should I expect my nominee?

I made the medical exam February 2014 . i paid RPRF online at the same time . Until now they don't send me any thing is that normal . now we are at 3-11-2014 almost 9 month
