This is Ryan, I want to go to Toronto this June 8th 2012, I just started to work on my TRV application. I tried to get same day non-immigration visa service in Seattle but it seems they already removed that service in Consulate general of Canada, Seattle. I checked on CIC website and it looks like NY is the only consulate still offer in person service right now. I just wondering if their in person service is processed as same as same day service??? NY seems offer urgent service but I can't come up with a persuasive reason (Since I just want to be there ASAP for my GF's birthday). If all my above questions are negative, is there a way I can get visitor visa ASAP??
I am a F1 student. I have valid US visa and I enrolled for summer term so I have my class schedule that will prove I will be back. I think I have all document ready but I am not sure if consulate general of Canada still offer 48 hours service so I could apply today and get my visa tomorrow.
I have been in a vice-versa situation back in 2000, they gave me 1 year US visa ( while I was in Canadian Student Visa ). Coincidentally I had a past US F-1 Student visa too
