What to do for cec candidate to get 50 points for job offer which letter needed from employer

@darkhorse001 - Similar situation. LMIA exempt on closed work permit. My employer added a note on the letter saying -
Offer of Ongoing Employment
We also confirm that we wish to continue to employ XXX in the position set out above on an indefinite, full time basis once XXX becomes a permanent resident.

See if you can get something similar. It worked in my case.
I got COPR last week. waiting for my PR cards. Good luck to you!

So to count 50 points, your employer must file for a LMIA proving no Canadian or PR can do the job. The employer pays $1k and shows that the job was posted and no one was qualified but you. Once you have a LMIA, you can count 50 points.

Not for you. As said above, your employer would need to obtain an approved LMIA.
