Urgent help: Landing this week

Hi,
I am doing landing this week in Toronto. It will be a short trip. All through I have been thinking about providing my friend's address for PR delivery. She earlier told me that she lives in Ottawa, Ontario but today i found out that she lives on the border of Ontario and Quebec and her house address technically comes under Quebec.

I am already panicking because I don't know if I am allowed to provide Quebec's address. I have applied under express entry FSW program and planned this entire trip(tickets, currency) for completing the landing procedure.

Please let me know if I can provide Quebec's address.

Stay away from providing qubec address,instead till the officer that you will supply them with the address later and rent a ups mailbox after arrival and update it in the pr address online afterwards
