Urgent help ! ECA - WES . Transcript from college or university ?

I want to do ECA ( WES ) for my bachelor degree. I am Mumbai University student but University told that college will give me transcript , so do I have to submit transcript from college or Mumbai University to WES?

It depends, if your college is autonomous then you can get transcript from your college not university

Then it should be given by the university only. Did you get a chance to talk to college admin office ? If not, approach them immediately.

I got transcript from my college . But so we need from Mumbai University ? I am asking that ?

No if you get the transcript from your college then I think not required to apply from your university . There is a Wes help desk number or email will be there. For safer side cross check with them before initiating.
