Hello everyone,
I am in a strange situation. I have applied for my study permit online 72 days ago from Pakistan and haven't got any update since then. The worst part is I am not able to login myCIC account using myGC Key or user ID for more than two weeks. Initially I though its network issue so it will be solved automatically by CIC but when I tried to login on Monday(this week) it says your user ID or Password is missing, invalid or incomplete. Even I try resetting my password but it didn't work as well and got my ID locked for 24 hours. I am sure I am entering the correct user ID and Password and still not able to do login. Any advice or suggestions, what can I do now or how to check my visa status application ?
