Are you able to open the Application for Temporary Resident Visa and its "Schedule 1" (IMM 5257 and IMM 5257 -- Schedule 1)? They're in the Application for TRV section on the CIC website (can't post links, sorry!).
They tell me to update Adobe Reader, but I've tried them on 3 devices and 3 browsers, all with the latest Reader, without success. If you can open them, could you please send them to me?

The IMM 5257 and Schedule 1 works perfectly. Just opened a moment ago.
Try a different computer. The error is on your side.
You can try opening in a different computer/laptop
Hi, I'm facing the same problem. Have tried on two separate devices over three days, doesn't work. Latest Adobe installed on both. Any advice would be appreciated.
