URGENT: Error in the imm5709 form - Please Help

yaa. I have tried uploading new form and 2019 FEB form too..But the error shows the same.. Is there any alternative?

I have the same problem but in study permit IMM1294 form, I think they updated the pdf version of forms but didnt update their website to accept them

I am trying to upload imm 5709e for student permit extension since 2 days it’s not uploading. I tried doing with feb 2019 form also, but didn’t work. I don’t no what I should do now.

How did you solve the problem, because I have been having trouble with this, it would mean alot if you could help me out please.

I tried in a different computer and it worked, but I downloaded it from the cic website instead of downloading it directly from my application page...
Ow, I also did all this a day after... It's hard to tell what did the trick, but it is a really poor ti management for sure

The reason why your form worked because on cic website the version is Feb-19, but on checklist the version is June-19.

The old 02-2019 version is uploading successfully, but I would recommend it. I am still waiting for CIC to Fix this asap. Kindly all you make technical issues, they they see too many with same problem, maybe they will fix the issue. However I noticed they said that GC-Key is closed on Tuesday, Maybe they will fix it then

I received an e-mail from my technical difficulties form:

Furthermore, when uploading your application form, it is important to submit the most up-to-date version. The date (mm-yyyy) can be verified at the bottom left corner of every page.

Also, we recommend that you:

· Leave the Unique Client Identifier (UCI) field blank, if you do not have one,

· Do not sign and upload a scanned copy of an application form that requires to be validated,

· Validate, save and close the application form before uploading it,

· Make sure you use the most recent version of your browser. Please consult our Help Centre (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=316&top=23) for more information on how to download or upgrade your internet browser, and

· Clear your browser cache. (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=315&top=23)

So I think they updated the form!

Hello everyone!

When I try to upload the form imm5709 I get the error message "We couldn't upload your file." I tried different browsers, different computers, and I filled both English and French versions, but I still get the same error message. I also followed all the recommendation to
solve the problem given in the website, but the problem remains. Also, I tried the FEB 2019 version but I still get the same error message.


Has anyone managed to solve this problem in any other way?
