I noticed this too on the website. When I log in using my Client ID, it has two lines and one says decision made and the other says in process. Then if I log in with my spouse's File #, it only has one line. I don't think you have to worry. Go with the "decision made" since the sponsor has to first be approved. The sponsor can't still be in process if the decision has been made on the PR status.

It's probably different for each visa office. From what I've gathered from other applicants, it should take about 30 days. I could be completely wrong though.
My wife in Brazil was approved in Sept. and CIC Sao Paulo only tried calling her once a week. Three weeks passed as the one odd
day a week she left her phone at home they would call! She saw on the caller ID that a call from Sao Paulo
was made. They finally made contact and told her it was ready and asked if she wanted it mailed or would she prefer to pick it up.
She had it mailed and it is currently in her hand. I am leaving for Brazil next tuesday and we will be back home in wintery Canada the 16th of Dec. Yay!
