Did you make the request to the clerk during your ceremony or after your oath via email?

If I recall correctly, last year there was a post about someone picking up their certificate in person after virtual oath and then rushing with their reference/guarantor to the PP office. Look for a post "24 hrs from oath to passport" or something to that effect. Rest assured this was probably one exceptionally lucky person.
There was also a post about someone whose application was stuck for a long time. Via their MP's office, they were able to get IRCC to verify the credentials and things moved super fast after that - the catch was they worked for one of the royal houses in UK. LOL. So I'm guessing that it is possible, but the right strings have to be pulled by the right person!
There's no way to verify these stories, however.
