Please be careful before sending same docs back to CIC. A lot has been changed in november. And sending older forms may again hamper your application. If you have filed after november with latest forms then may be you can go ahead with same docs. A new employer referral letter would require noc code on it. and there are few changes in family information form and in document check list.
