I got my work permit approval today along with my spouse's open work permit approval. However what;s your attorney's advice on travelling as my attorney is asking me to hold off due to travel restrictions?

Congratulations. Now did you apply from US. Do you work in covid related jobs. Also, can you please post the timelines as well. By the way as per our attorney, it is ok to travel once you have work permit.
permit will be provided on landing only. Approval letter received already. My case is little different as I already have a TRV(visitor visa/temp residence visa) on my passport.

You can get in touch with someone from FB groups as well. I can see there are few people who got the approval in June or July and have already travelled to Canada.

Only condition when you are not allowed to enter despite valid TRV and POE letter is when your employer is not operational in the province you have applied WP for. Make sure your employer in Canada is operational and you should be good to go. Also create a detailed quarantine plan - they will ask how would you groceries and all in first 14 days, you should have someone in Canada who could help with such things.
Still getting "No field office found for given state" on ASC for Biometric appointment , is anybody able to book appointment in last 2days? until last I was showing the dates for after 15 days , but since Sunday it's giving this error whole day. Not sure whats going on.
