Uploading WES report for express entry

Dears,

After completing my educational assessment by WES, they sent me a pdf report on my email and they mailed another report (hard copy) to my address. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the hard copy after months, I followed up with their customer service and they keep telling me to request a duplicate report.

I'm wondering if the pdf report they sent me is enough to upload when applying or do I need the scanned version of the hard copy which I was supposed to receive.

Yes, it looks exactly like the one you shared above !

I was thinking that the hard copy has stamp and sign from WES (just guessing) but I want to be relieved since I don't want to spend more money on courier services.
