Hi Folks,
I received my police certificate today and I want to upload it as requested by CIC. The weird thing is when I hit the upload button, it brings me to this screen and I'm not really too sure what to put in there as the police certificate has no document number or expiry date.
Any help would be appreciated
If there is no document number, then just write xxxxxx Police Certificate, replacing the xxxxxx with the name of the country.
Most police certificated are valid for a year from the date of issue. If there is no formal date of expiry, use one year from issue as expiry.
You can also wait and see what other members suggest.
Good luck!

If you are referring to RCMP finger print supported criminal record check then there is a document number on the top of the report. You should fill the blank with this number.
Validity of any police clearance or record check is three months in general. You can put in three months from the date the record check is issued.
+1 To both answers. Thanks a lot.
