Police certificate for Spouse

Hi Guys,
Im currently in US. Im uploading documents (post ITA) and noticed for my spouse there were two seperate police certificate upload options like police certificate and police certificate 2. She used to live in India and recently moved to US . She did stayed in Korea for couple of months or less. So my question is do i have to get the PCC for korea as well or I just upload India PCC and US FBI pcc.

Korea PCC is not required.
